The Shipping Sucks

The delivery from our local area was a little slow. It sat in the next town over for a few days before it arrived her. Otherwise great product

I bought this lamp to replace the one that burned out in my projector. It was still the original. The lamp is all I expected. It is bright, crisp, and looks just like it did before. So, I am impressed and happy with the choice. Customer service has also been impeccable when I had a question about the lamp.

I had a lamp begin to flicker, so I contacted MyProjectorLamps and they sent me a replacement immediately after I returned it. From my initial call, until the new lamp arrived took less than a week. Great job, and thank you.

A quick online chat to confirm the correct bulb. Order from the website. Prompt arrival and packaged to reduce risk of damage during shipping. What else can they do?

Had problems at first, they were super easy to reach via phone, and helped troubleshoot etc. Fantastic customer service, super friendly, affordable, absolutely would recommend.

Received wrong lamps in right boxes. Was promised a return label that day and a call back the next day with answer as to whether the correct lamps had come in stock. Had to call back 3 times over a week. Still haven't received correct lamps and my $465 has been loaned to this company for two weeks now.

MyProjectorLamps was a great company to purchase from. They had the item I needed at a reasonable price. The shipping was also reasonable and receiving the item was great. I would use them again and would refer colleagues to them. Thanks.
