Russell has been so helpful to us! We had issues with bulbs we ordered and I had no problems returning and replacing them. I appreciate that MyProjectorLamps stands by the products it sells!!

I have ordered off MyProjectorLamps twice now. Both times exactly the same experience : The money is transferred, they hold onto it for 4 - 5 days before they confirm it and, then, have to be chased, several times, before they ship (2 days later). Once the bulb arrives, it is the right one and in good shape.

Hi Mark - Thanks for your feedback. We accepted your payment on April 7th into our account and the lamps is slated for delivery on April 13th. Bank transfer orders do admittedly take longer to process than credit card orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. We truly aim to provide the best service possible and that is evidenced by our reviews here on TrustPilot but also on Facebook and Google.

I bought a projector lamp which was, unfortunately, defective. MyProjectorLamps.com came through with instructions and a mailing label for return and offered a prompt refund. Integrity is important in online sales and this company stands above the rest. Thank you!
