Having never used a supplement before I was a little apprehensive about taste, but it turned out a lot better than expected. I really enjoy the taste and use the supplement every day after an intensive workout. If anything is a complaint, providing with additional recipes, or indicating recommendations other than water? The directions say mix with your favorite beverage, but is there anything that it should NOT be mixed with?

Hello Tony and Co., Am finding product easy to use. Mixing in with warm drinks, milk, tea, decaf coffee etc. Bonus is energy boost! I can always use a bit of zoom at my age kiddos! I had hoped to use daily, am disappointed to realize each container has less than a 30 day supply. I really need to get my muscle back. Like the taste, make as smoothies, or just mix with almond milk.

I only drink 8 oz. once a day since I'm not sure if it's "safe" to drink more than one serving. I feel more energetic and strong. Really love the chocolate. It's chocolaty and not overly sweet. 👍👍 Really dislike the plant vanilla. Tastes too "green" and not enough vanilla. 👎👎
