easy use, I just don't care to be bombarded by all the extra offers after my initial order trying to entice me to buy a lot more.. Just seems overboard to reoccurring customers. Other than that, the process is easy.

One bottle contained four capsules that weren't capsulated with gelatin...purple in color so I never used those four. Must be a manufacture problem.

I really liked the plant based protein alot more than the whey protein! which im finishing slowly. but i feel the plant based made me feel better after workouts. thanks,Alyce

It's really hard for me to try & say because I am going through chronic pain & that really hard to have 6 metal joints going in & out of my body, all the opporations I have had to many to count really to many for 1 person to handle...I am going to go before I cry now! But thanks...it got me out of bed it really did..chronic pain my friend I was just Protecting my Country.thank you Karen

I think you have a good product going here. No complaints about the protein powder I’ve been using. Your customer service people are first rate as well. My ONLY complaint is that I truly feel I am being shortchanged on the amount of powder that is in each jar. I realize that SOME settling is inevitable, But seriously, my jars come to me less than half full. There is no way it can be a 30 day supply inside these “new” jars when I receive them. I am on subscription—every six months—and I always have to call for an early shipment because my supply runs out well before it’s supposed to. I really think you need to revamp your supply line and get more product into each jar. it really does bother me to see so little powder inside once I open the new jars. I believe you can do better, and it would be much more fair to all your customers.

Customer service always very helpful but your shipping services need to come up several noches, it is unpredictable and not on itme when customers like me are on a regular delivery and it takes soo longThis may be something that you can fix without extra cost to me the çustomer. Love the product helpful in putting down more protein in well and not well people I have seen this help tremendously! Thank you NKoleta
