Just getting back into the workout program again due to having to go thru chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I had lost a lot of my muscle tone and was looking for something to help me maintain and hopefully regain some strength. This keeps me going all day long and I have been working out regularly and starting to see good results. I generally get up at 1 am and do a workout then put in a 12-13 hour day at work.
