To be honest I’ve never tried something else than Vitamins but I wanted to start exercising at home with some dumbells. Now I feel great and I really noticed a change in my mood and I feel more energetic, I just ordered my 6th bottle, I absolutely love the high impact Vanilla Flavor.

The taste is excellent ..i only had 3 servings & then due to a health issue .. i had to stop ...I am waiting on some blood work next week, then I'll know if I can continue it. I do have a question. Can I take this formula even though I can not excercise?

The chocolate powder tasted great and mixed very easily in the water. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not taste watery. I was definitely feeling more energetic & I lost weight when I was using their products. Unfortunately I have to take medicines after a surgery and had to stop using the products for a little while (mostly because the medicines don’t work if you take any kind of supplements at all). Once I am off the medication, I plan to restart using this delicious drink!
