Hey Tony! My wife, Cindy, and I (both 58 years young) started the Foundation Four product on April 18, 2022 and have worked our way through two containers. We primarily mix it in with a protein smoothie each day and it has had excellent results. My wife reports that she has never felt better overall. Both of us have noticed more consistent energy-levels. We are both educators and we run a 6.5 acre regenerative farm in Indiana, so eating clean and energy is a must to run the farm and keep up with all our animals! This supplement, coupled with cold water therapy, seems to be the right decision at the right time for us. We purchased enough to get us through the summer. We will keep you posted!

My initial order of Power Plant Protein powder took about 2 weeks to arrive, but subsequent orders have arrived quicker usually about 1 week or less.
