Thank you, Tony. Been a fan, like many others, for a very long time. I am turning 48 this year, and unfortunately, my P90X, Insanity, BodyAttack, etc, etc, days were feeling behind me. I am an attorney, but more importantly an instructor of Les Mills and other fitness programs at a local club in Macon, GA. Regarding Les Mills specifically, I gave up BodyAttack, the most high impact, full hour cardio format, due to incredible impact to my joints that was causing pain and overuse/repetitive impact injury. I do feel like Foundation Four and the PowerLife Protein are really helping me feel much better and stronger again. Aging is not for wussies, that's for sure. The product does taste pretty good overall. I mix it with a Boost daily and use it as mostly a meal replacement for breakfast and then a snack at night after dinner. My cycling times have dropped and I notice I'm actually lifting more weight when working out now. All good for a 62 year old.

Have you ever ran out of something that you really needed and just didn't have enough funds to buy it? Stressful isn't it, especially when that something is beneficial to your health. I am new to this stuff but have always followed Tony Horton. I purchased the Endurance and it really got rid of my 3:00 slum while at work. I feel more energy and not sluggish or tired later in the day. So far it has been great (less than 30 days so far)

I purchased the whey protein powder for rehabbing a knee injury and then realized that my aging parents needed it as well. We have had great results with increased tone, strength and weight loss. Absolutely LOVE the product and can't image living without it.
