Tony, Great product. Definitely feeling more energized and better focus during my day. Sometimes I drink a second helping(in mid afternoon) to boost my energy. I have overall enjoyed the powder. It taste just fine with a little grit. I mix it with a powder packet from Walmart first thing in the morning. I am about 21 days into the program and have purchased enough for 120 days. So far I have lost about 10 pounds with a good healthy diet. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Very little meat. And going to the gym 5 days a week, and a walk or 2 with the dog. I am 59 and started at 235pounds. My early afternoon naps have stopped. My enter by level is up. Will know more in 30 days. I am leaving for a live aboard dive cruise at the end of August. Will be at around 215 when I leave. I am pleased so far with my purchase!
