I've been taking it now for about two weeks. I must say, as someone who is 51 yrs old with type 2 diabetes, I am feeling a lot more energy, and a lot less pain in my body. Awesome product! I use it mid afternoon after lunch but before dinner. Or I take it in eve b4 a wkout. Its gives a gentle burst of energy, not too high or too quick. You just feel great inside. Its sustained energy that just keeps you going. Also you can take at night and still sleep. I was hesitant to buy because sometimes products are just hype but this is not. I turned 61 this year and this product is perfect for a natural energy wi/o having to take a preworkout and go up so high and then crash. I wk out 4-6x wk and have a very active job. On my feet 8-10hrs per day so need a little pick me up here and there. Just love it! Also I tk the Lean Balance first thing when I wake up which is also a great product..
