I’m about to turn 71 and have always been active. Not necessarily in a structured workout but more involving the rigors of daily life. Recently in doing yard work I needed to move a big big rock from one point in the yard to another. After pushing, pulling and generally coaxing it out of the ground I moved it with a hand truck to its final resting place. I expected to be very sore the following day but to my surprise I felt no pain, stiffness or muscle fatigue.
