I ordered 3 Donald Fagen LP's from POPmarket. The albums arrived promptly all the way from the US. Unfortunately there were faults with 2 of the albums and POPmarket very kindly replaced these promptly, even allowing me to keep the original ( albeit damaged ) albums. Again I recieved the replacements promptly and one LP was again faulty ( the same fault as original , so most likely a manufacturing issue ). Once again my query was dealt with promptly and on this occasion I accepted a refund which was immediately paid to my credit card. On both occasions the albums were very well packaged. In summary, although I had issues with the goods ordered,the customer service was excellent from start to finish and I would certainly use POPmarket again and would have no hesitations in recommending them.

I bought a record from a third party, and the album's liner notes included a download link/code. When I went to retrieve it, I was unable to get the link to work. I was a little worried because I didn't buy the music directly from myplaydirect, but I got a very quick response with a new link that worked perfectly! All in all, I was very pleased with the help, especially considering I bought the record from somewhere else.

[name] was prompt, efficient, polite and resolved my issues after my initial correspondence. While to err is human to provide excellent customer care per [name]'s work is next to divine.

I SO much want to purchase The Complete Seasons of The Talking Dead DVD'S, just as I have The Complete Seasons of The Walking Dead! To me they are inseparable ...... like salt & pepper shakers! :-) I LOVE Chris and all the guests! It's amazing, to me, how The Talkers Show can actually clear up questions I have about The Walkers Show! They go hand in hand!! PLEASE consider releasing these for purchase, "The Complete Seasons of The Talking Dead Shows" Janice!

I had the wrong shipping address in. Gabriel fixed it within a few hours and and sent me a new order receipt. Lastly Gabriel statedto them know if I needed any other assistance. Most company's are so robotic.

I received a damaged Ricky Martin poster , I contacted you and got a timely response. You very quickly sent me a new poster. I appreciate my dealings with you. For future shipping please note , my poster would not have been damaged if the packer had not bent the tube the poster was in. My order came in a BIG box and if the tube would have been placed near the top of the box ( corner to corner ) there would have been room for it , instead they bent it to sit at the bottom ???

I am so happy with the customer service I received through this site. I ordered Black Messiah and received a damaged vinyl; I thought it was my record player that was causing the vinyl to skip on every song, but when I played another brand new vinyl it played perfectly. I was pretty bummed so I contacted customer service to see what my options were, especially since I already opened and played the vinyl. An agent named Chris responded within the same day and apologized, and let me know he placed another order (free of charge!) for a new Black Messiah vinyl, and even said that I didn't have to worry about sending back the defective copy. I received my new vinyl today (free 2-day shipping was included!!) and it works great. Thank you guys so much!! I am beyond satisfied and even surprised by the quality of the customer service I received.

i live in Chile. Use myplay.me every time I buy an album . This time there was a problem downloading one of the tracks , and emailed Customer Service. Within 24 hours they respond with the solution. Very efficient and friendly attention. Thank You!
