After placing an order for a small t-shirt which looked like a child's size t-shirt, I immediately contacted Customer Service. I got a most kind and quick response concerning the sizing. Although, getting the sizing chart has held up the process, I now have the right size being processed for shipment. I'm very happy. The beautiful locket is taking way too long to be shipped out in my opinion. Both items were graduation gifts for next week and no way will I have them. I ordered in plenty of time. That would be my biggest complaint/disappointment. Otherwise, the Customer Service responses are right on target and very kindly written. Many thanks again to those involved.

I ordered two T-shirts for a birthday present. While checking tracking info for the order I noticed that 1 was shipped and 1 was still processing. When I contacted myplaydirect customer service by e-mail, the response came back to me within a couple of hours. Great job!!

You really have the best service ever. I sent the package to a friend who was in TX, he never recive the package and came back to Argentina. I told my problem to your operator and they told that they gonna send the package again. I ask if it can be delivered to a friend house in Washington DC, but my friend was moving at the time so they recommend me to wait that my friend finish his move and then they will send my the package. I received an LP bundle that did not meet my expectations. I sent an e-mail to the customer service department , who within two hours, proceeded to blow my mind. I have seldom had such an excellent online buying experience. I will continue to shop here and recommend them to all my friends.

I emailed customer service and within 90 Minutes Dianne had confirmed the broken download and has engineering working on it. Dianne will notify me when the link is fixed for my order to be downloaded. Thanks Dee

The mp3 download code that was included in the Paul Simon vinyl album did not work. A couple of hours after my message to your customer service I received a link that solved the problem. So everything went perfect and I would like to thank everyone (especially Kevin!) for helping me out so fast. Thanks a lot!!!!!

I bought a few items in the asap mob store and everything was perfect except for one thing. A shirt was damaged, so they sent me a new one, for FREE. Since the replacement was damaged to (I am not mad about, it mistakes happen sometimes), I got a refund of my whole money immediately! The customer service is the nicest and kindest I've ever seen in my life. I had lots of questions and became a detailed answer to every single question, and that within just a few hours! I am very very satisfied with the service and the items too. I am a big fan of Asap Rocky and now of the shop which sells his merch! I will visit your store with pleasure again! Thank you! -Toni
