I had an issue with using a non-re-loadable card that did not have quite enough to cover my order. I worked with CSR: Kevin (Adam Lambert Store Question {375428}) and worked it all out. Kevin not only responded to my question quickly, but also over the holiday weekend! After realising I had placed an order I didnt want, I didnt know what to do but thanks to twitter I found the MyPlayDirect twitter. I saw that I wasn't alone, a lot of customers were having troubles with their orders too. A bit of twitter slalking later, I figured out the start of fixing my problem. MyPlayDirect is the best and fastest online customer service i've experienced. Their friendly and active twitter page that always responds quickly to customers question and the less than 24 hours email response was best part. The agent that helped me fix my huge mess up was so helpful and kind. I wish the @ was promoted more when orders are placed, so more customers know where they can get a quick response to their questions. The only trouble I had was with website's question & answer guide I think should be more explict. Over all it was a A1 type of customer service .

I've had many issues with the quality of Rhino records. Many of the "new" records have come either blemished (fingerprints everywhere) and/or scratched! Also, I received 2 Joni Mitchell's "Blue" Lp's and on both they had pops on "All I Want" right when she begins to sing. This is a Rhino issue and not a Popmarket issue. Popmarket has the best customer service, responded to me quickly and refunded my money.Thanks again Popmarket (especially Kevin and Macey) for all of your help.

My card was stolen a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it. My pre-order for the Halsey Signed Badlands was supposed to go on it. I contacted customer service and within a few hours Chris, an employee, sent me a private link to update my payment info. Amazing job, very satisfied from all the purchases I've made here, and I plan to make many more!

I had a problem with my original order, which is obviously unfortunate, but after submitting an enquiry I received a friendly and apologetic response, and the problem was dealt with entirely within a few hours, with no further action required on my part; I was very impressed. Thanks!

I had an issue with not receiving my order acknowledgment email for this and another order. Quickly received a response from Diane in customer service saying there was a known problem with their system - appreciate the honest answer - and my orders had been traced from my email address and confirmed. Diane also sent me a hyperlink to each order similar to what normally arrives in an acknowledged net email. Excellent. Thank you.
