I received a damaged product from this company about a week ago. I'm certain it was damaged during shipment, but reached out to them to help. The product I ordered was a limited edition collector's item and it was really important to me that I had an undamaged product. They first offered to refund half of my money, but when I explained how much I wanted a perfect item, they completely understood and offered to send a replacement free of charge. More than that, they didn't even make me go through the hassle of shipping back the damaged item I first received. They could have very easily told me that the best they could do was refund me 50%, but I really appreciate them shipping me another item. I received the new product undamaged and am really thankful that they were willing to work with me and understood how important it was. They're also great at responding quickly to emails and tweets. I wish I could have such positive experiences everywhere that I purchase from. Thank you MyPlay :)

I had ordered The 1975 deluxe box set for $130 and when I had received it the outer case was damaged, but all the contents were unharmed. Upon contacting customer service, they immediately offered a 30% refund to cover the damage. While this was quite generous, I expressed that I had still wanted a new outer case because of aesthetic purposes. I offered to ship my entire package back and do a fair exchange, hoping the new one would not be damaged. They said that would not be necessary, telling me my previously purchased box set was mine to keep and they already had an entirely new box set being shipped out. I dealt with two different agents, but both were very prompt and helpful. That was incredibly generous and wonderful customer service!

While I was hesitant to email the company my concern, I did it anyway, and I was pleased with the quick response even on the weekend. They understood my mistake and helped rectify it immediately. The only issue now is I bought something at the end of February and now it's out-of-stock, so we will have to wait longer for the gift. Judy

I want to thank the customer service for their prompt responses and thoughtfulness. Most companies leave you in the dark or take forever to get back to you. Although I am hugely disappointed the product I ordered was not available I feel the customer service went above and beyond to help me understand why and to stay in contact with me. I was unsure if I would be able to change the shipping address for an order I placed in Dec. for a pre-ordered album that is scheduled to ship next week (2/26/16). I sent a customer support request and was notified within 3-4 hours that my address had been successfully changed. No problem so far, and I hope to receive my package at the correct address in the coming week.
