MyplaydirectReviews of myplaydirect.com

These guys responded like lightening to a concern of mine about receiving a damaged product. Soon after a new one is on the way! Thank you guys so much!

I preordered One Direction's FOUR, and when the release date passed and I still hadn't received my order, I contacted myplaydirect. Not only did they respond quickly, they also gave me a free download of the entire FOUR deluxe album by way of apology! You guys are great! A massive "Thank you!" from a grateful Directioner! xx

I didn't get an album by estimated time and I had a problem So I emailed and they were fast and they helped me and I got it Because of three amazing customer service people I relieved It's hard to say cause I'm not an English speaker but yeah THEY ARE AMAZING Thanks (name), (name), (name)! And I'm sorry!

I had an issue with an item that I ordered and within a few hours of sending a message to customer service, it was resolved and I am 100% satisfied.

you guys were fantastic and responded to my questions well thanks for all your help!

The exclusive ozzy autographed poster must be seen to be believed, incredible, huge 24x36 size, mine is in a black frame, so nice! Mine is not for sale at any price, you must get the fan bundle before thier gone. And myplay customer service is top notch.

Great way to do business, your easy to use, quick with help... kinda fun.

I work in Customer Service and therefore I have very high expectations that to be honest are rarely met but I don't mind to be honest. Never have I had this level of care, the response time was brilliant, the advise was invaluable and the result was exactly what I wanted. I even thiink if I'd had further problems there would have been no hesitation to help me at all. Superb! I have never rated any service this highly before!!! thank you
