they need to take the lumps out, bad pillow! I woke up in such pain with my neck every night I slept on it, my husband just got rid of his, just horrible!

This company should be avoided at all cost. They are a rip off. Their customer service stinks and their upper management are a joke. They don't give a care to their customers feelings. Ordered 2 pillows to be delivered to the UK. No where on their website do they state that there will be import changes. £40.00 On top of an already high price. Thought these pillows would be good for my sleep. Oh boy was I wrong. They are lumpy and very uncomfortable. Followed the instructions on putting them in the dryer. Didn't make the slightest difference. Management have my money and couldn't care less. Would sent them back but that would cost me even more money. These pillows are the worst pillows in the world. Customer services answer to my problem was very short and sweet. "Oh sorry didn't know there was charges" Not very helpful. I really didn't want to give 1 star, that was too much. Rubbish product and a rubbish company Very angry customer. Be warned. Stay clear.

Not "my pillow"!!!!! Worse pillow I've ever slept on. They claim it keeps it's shape but it doesn't!!!! My mom and myself were given them as gifts. We put each one separately in the dryer as stated to do, but that was a waste of time!!!!!!! I suffer from thoracic outlet syndrome and they thought it might help me when it was given to me by the end of needless to say it didn't. My brother wanted a my pillow but I wasn't goning to waste my money on a no good lying advertising pillow. If anyone is looking for a great pillow, I strongly recommend you get a bamboo pillow!! They are great. My brother loves his bamboo pillow I bought him as much or more than I love mine!! Summing this up........... Don't waste your money on a "My Pillow" cause you will be wasting your hard earned money for garbage!!
