Really uncomfortable pillow, I can't recommend this product at all

Checked the reviews on the MyPillow.uk website, the two below are worded exactly the same, but supposedly from two different ‘verified’ buyers.... on this basis and the genuine reviews I’ve read On this site I will not be buying!! This pillow is lousy. Owned one for one year. Lumpy. Digs into your forehead.Head sink into pillow. Constantly , adjusting pillow while sleeping Hot also. Gave me a sore neck..I dont think this pillow is safe. Should be tested. Its snake oil. Better pillows outthere. Buyer beware!

Don't know what's worse, the pillow or the customer service. I wouldn't know, because I haven't gotten my pillows in 30 days. A refund "can't be issued" neither because "the order's been created, and can't be refunded after that." So they "have to ship it to you" and you "have to return it", you can't cancel it. And they don't even ship you the pillow. The audacity of this is unbelievable. What they are doing is borderline criminal and a law firm's got to put them out of business

I bought a pillow based on all the advertising hype. It’s cheap & nasty, & totally over priced, and doesn’t work. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund after sending it back first class tracked & signed for. All I get when I ring up is we will get the dispatch dept to contact you but no one ever does! Read the reviews on the CEO an ex drug addict and con man who has been sued many times in the states for false representation! Avoid all costs

I am normally skeptical of any company that has to rely on such relentless infomercials like My Pillow. If their product is so good, wouldn't word of mouth sell it? But I foolishly gave in and decided to give them a try due to their 30-day satisfaction guarantee (which is a farce, see below). These pillows are crap. They claim they "patented their fill". I don't see why they would need to. No other company would put this crap inside a pillow. The fill just bunches at the ends so I keep waking up in the deflated center with all the fill pushed out to the sides. So you're either with no support in the middle or too much on the edges. I wake up multiple times and fluff the pillow to redistribute the fill evenly but then wake up again in the empty middle. I tried to return them with their promised satisfaction guarantee. First they tried to talk me out the return and into swapping for pillows of other firmness instead. When I explained the firmness wasn't the issue and insisted on the return, they simply stopped communicating altogether. I've now left 4 unanswered emails and 3 unanswered voice messages trying to get an RMA but I'm still waiting

Item not suitable and had to send back. They are not comfortable and cannot get used to them

I do not like this pillow
