i ordered 2 pillows on 4th august, payment was taken, after many phone calls to customer services and emails i have still not received my order, they have not even returned my calls or replied to emails my advice is not to buy from this company.

Cheap material, waste of money!! Stay away!!

I bought my pillow from costco more than a six months ago. I ask the seller from company do you have a very soft pillow they said yes. I request let me buy the softest of your pillow they showed me the pillow. I said to seller I will try and let you know if I am comfortable. I try for a week did not seems to be soft. Return it and got another supposedly softer. I did use it for 4-5 week and start having neck pain it was not soft at all. I thought may be my neck pain is not related to my pillow. I did have another old dawn feather pillow and use that one. after a week my neck pain was gone. just to be sure that my pillow was not the causes I did start using my pillow since my feather pillow was old . After 4-5 week using my pillow my neck pain back again. I waste my money and ( very expensive Pillow) never use it again . I would not recommend this pillow and with this high price I can buy best dawn feather Pillow in the market and sleep comfortably. their soft my pillow should call stone hard pillow. Thank You

Don't buy this pillow or these sheets. They are uncomfortable to me.

Awful pillow....Don’t waste your money

Biggest piece of junk ever laid my head on. Would rather sleep on a ton of bricks.

Ordered 2 pillows and paid by credit card Didn't receive them and can't get any answer about delivery or replacement Strongly recommend never to order with this company and don't know why The Sunday Times is accepting their ads (apart from the obvious)
