Very bad, just another plastic pollutant, costs more than a natural duck or down feather pillow, absolutely the worst pillow i have had, sweaty horrible, reminds me of 1970/80’s non iron shirts which just made you sweaty and uncomfortable, Major source of future pollution. Mine went into the bin after a few bad nights, could not be bothered with returns procedure.

An absolute scam, one of the worst customer service I have ever had, don't get trapped

Terrible customer support. Phoned to get the promotion code to get half price deal was told to either buy a newspaper or watch the TV for the code. Staff knew the code but not authorised to hand it out MYPIllow.co.uk SALE LOST

Not happy at all doesn't work like they say my neck pain is worse with this pillow can't even get my money back

Quite possibly the worst thing I have ever bought in my life, and I have bought some crap in my time. The pillow is full of what feels like pebbles from a beach and even then they only half fill it! I was in genuine shock when I opened it. Now I have to put up with those damn adverts and my wife laughing at me for falling for them!

This company is better at advertising than they are at making pillows. Very convincing TV advert on Sky News is what prompted my purchase... it is now packaged up and ready to be returned under their 60 day guarantee. This pillow is lumpy and offers no support. When I emailed customer services about it and said I wish to return it they were efficient and helpful at least... I do have to pay postage though and also the postage it cost me to receive the awful thing, so that’s £12 I could of put towards a decent pillow if I hadn’t been suckered in by the convincing advert! I recommend not to buy pillows online and instead go to a shop where you can see and feel it first.

I bought a mypillow mattress topper. I ordered queen size and they sent me full size. I called them to make arrangements for sending it back. They wanted me to pay 48.00 shipping to send it back. They said if I dont want to pay shipping I will have to donate the pillow topper to a nonprofit cause And send my Receipt from the donation to mypillow before they will send me the correct pillow topper. So, if I dont donate pillow topper, they wont send me the correct size pillow topper I paid for. This is very poor customer service and I will never buy from this company again. Scott.

I have been looking for a decent pillow for some time, the constant television advertising convinced me to purchase. The pillow arrived after a couple of days, I was horrified when I opened it, words can’t describe how poor the quality is and no matter how I tried to shape it, the pillow was about as much use as using a folded towel. The returns process was smooth and I received my refund within 7 days, there was a deduction of just over £5 for postage plus I had to pay £7 to return the pillow. So all in all it cost me £12. Please DO NOT purchase, read the reviews !!
