They should close this place down. These pillows have made my mum ill for days. Fuzzy head every morning almost like a hangover, wanting to go back bed after getting up. Full page in The Sun paper about 3-5 day delivery which was absolute BS. She waited 2 weeks after speaking to their customer service people which weren't very helpful at all. Do not purchase these pillows they're a rip off and clearly from these other reviews people can agree.

absolutely the worst pillow's I have EVER bought!! Uncomfortable, lumpy, smelly, and woke with a headache most mornings!! tried to e-mail them to return but the address doesn't exist, avoid like the plague.

Ordered on 3/11/20 and money taken immediately. Hadn’t arrived after two weeks so rang them and was told due to COVID they were having trouble getting raw materials and could be another 4 weeks. Requested a refund but told it could be 7 days. We’ll see.

My pillows didn't even arrive they took my money but I never got email to confirm order. Now I cant contact them I've tried emailing but get nothing back. What a scam absolutely disgusted I might as well of thrown £66 down the drain

I ordered pillows from this company on 28th October, the website stated 1-3 days delivery. Gave it about 5 days before I started phoning them as the links on the e-mail acknowledgement of my order just would not work. They could not find my order and promised a call back which never came. I phoned again the next day and was told that they were ready for dispatch with UPS. They still hadn't arrived a few days later so I phoned again - they said that they would contact UPS and call me back. The callback never came. So I phoned again and they said that it was waiting for dispatch with UPS. At this stage I asked for a refund as I feel that they are a scam company. They promised a callback which, needless to say, never came. Whether that refund comes or I will have to resort to a chargeback with my card company remains to be seen. UPDATE My pillows actually arrived. Can't say that they look that comfortable but the instructions say to tumble dry and leave for 24 hours. We will see after tomorrow night.

I bought these pillows a while back at £70 each, they are the worst pillows I have ever purchased. Just lumpy shredded foam,totally useless. Tried for a refund but got no where. I would save your money and look for something else. Utter utter expensive rubbish.

Awful! Lumpy - what on Earth are they filled with? Only just received them and emailed for returns details (none sent) and refund. Should have checked these reviews before, doesn’t look good.

Not nearly as good as expected. Even at the 2 for 1 price being offered in The Telegraph (and elsewhere) these pillows feel hopelessly overpriced. The crunchy shredded foam filling feels lumpy and fails to create any sense of being cossetted by the pillow. 'MyPillow Dog Beds are made with the same patented fill as a MyPillow to help keep your dog cool and comfortable.' I wish I had seen that on the US website before ordering. The hype far exceeds reality and none of the reviews on the official UK website reflect the critical comments users, most probably humans rather than canines, leave elsewhere. If you really want to waste your money order a Mike Lindell Bobblehead for $13.99 from the US website. The fact that you can get the same thing autographed for $19.99 should serve as a warning in itself. Avoid.
