I received a My Pillow as a gift. My friend had seen a TV advertisement that said it was the best pillow ever. Within a few weeks I was experiencing regular back aches and restless sleep My friend who gave it to me has since told me that she herself has changed to a different brand of pillow within less than a year and has apologized for this gift. She is offering me one of the brand she now uses.

I’ve been searching for good pillows for a while and after seeing so many commercials I decided to buy them . I followed the questionnaire and purchased what they recommended . They did not support like they claimed . I contacted them and they recommended we tried their “blue” because it has more stuffing . I agreed to give them a try ... well guess what they require you send them the pillows WITH ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP in order for them to send you the replacement. So not only I have to sleep without pillows until the replacements arrive , I have to make sure I have the original packing slip which I may have thrown away . So if I threw it away I’m SOL ! I will update my review if I ever get replacement and if they work out for us or not . In they mean time very unhappy.

These pillows provided no more comfort than any others. The filling makes resting my head uncomfortable and I can hear the pieces moving while I'm trying to sleep. I regret the purchase of 2 king size.

The claims MyPillow make in terms of how innovative and comfortable the pillow is do not live up to expectations and are definitely not worth the price. 1) on the website there are a lot of banners saying 'click here and get 50% off' and when you do the 50% discount is not applied automatically so you have to call them and they apply the discount on the phone. You therefore give your card details on the phone for processing. 2) we ordered two king size pillows and while the size of the pillows was ok the quality was terrible. The shredded foam did not fill the pillow up enough so you basically sleep on the flat surface of your bed surrounded by hips of shredded foam in your pillow to the right and to the left of your face. No matter how much I tried to fluff it up and adjust it the middle of the pillow kept falling flat leaving me with massive neck pain when I tried to sleep on. 3) the quality of the pillows is inconsistent - the two pillows we ordered were the same on paper but one was much less full than another. 4) the website says that they will refund 100% of the pillow cost and while they do that, you are left with $9.65 you paid for delivery AND you have to pay to ship it back to the company. The pillows are of very bad quality and I strongly recommend not to waste money and stay away from this product.

The King Sized MyPillows are really the size of a queen pillow. When I asked for king sized pillows I was offered a refund but they would not give send me pillows that fit the king sized pillow cases and my king sized bed. I guess they want to sell 3 pillows to cover the width of the bed. Also, the ordering table wasn't accurate as my wife would have preferred a firmer pillow than was recommended from mypillow. She stopped using the mypillow after 1 month. Huge waste of money.
