Several workers at the My Pillow factory have said that these pillows are filled with nothing but old, shredded, recycled foam that Lindell gets for virtually nothing from waste recyclers, then “bleaches” it, shreds it, and packs it into cloth bags, to then sell to you for $60!!! Basically, all profit for a bagful of trash. And a not very comfortable bag of trash.

I should have read the BBB reviews on this company before I purchased. Every response is "We don't believe BBB is legitimate." -- WHAT?! No wonder My Pillow hid their Google reviews. I'm sure they were just as bad. Ordered on Dec 3rd for Christmas. The 1st order was lost by the carrier and never delivered. They gave me tracking for a 2nd shipment on Dec 15th, which was never scanned by the carrier. I asked why it hadn't shipped. Customer service lied to me, saying the carrier had it but just didn't scan it yet. That's BS. I have 6 years of logistics experience. Every time a carrier receives a package, the first thing they do is scan it. Now in limbo with their slow customer service. Demanding a full refund, or else I need to file a charge back. Shame on My Pillow for lying to customers and not sending replacements on time.

I bought a my pillow for my dad for his birthday since he has insomnia hoping it may help. It was so uncomfortable that he completely stopped using the pillow shortly after trying it. What a waste of money-i should've stuck with the old standby of socks.

My pillow is the worst pillow I’ve ever slept on. It feels like you were sleeping on rocks. These pillows are just a scam. Buyer beware! Just look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau as an F. SCAMMERS!!

Not worth the price

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. Unfortunately my experienced proved to be similar to several of the other complaints that have been posted, particularly relating to poor customer service. This company would be far better to resolve there attitude towards serving their customers as opposed to answering some of the reviews which only comes across making excuses. This is not a company that I would recommend.

I had not bought these pillows, but I phoned company to ask about refund policy. Was told I had to arrange product return at my own expense. Had visions of lining up at the Post Office with a bundle of two pillows and having to pay about £12 for the privilege of returning them. I asked their operator if the returned pillows were then re-sold to the next punter, but was told they were given away to charities. I then read some of the critical reviews on this website and went to Matalan and bought a pair of "Hotel Quality" pillows for £6.50, which were excellent. Not sure how My Pillow can justify charging nearly £60 plus postage for their product, but presume there are enough people around who are dumb enough to contribute to the cost of their full-page adverts.
