I ordered these pillows from ideal world. Finally arrived, what a scam. I paid £59.94 for two rubbish pillows filled with foam. During these awful times we really shouldn’t be ripped off like this?!

DO NOT BUY THESE PILLOWS!! Horrible product and even worse Customer Service! Ordered 2 pillows with STANDARD shipping—was charged $20 for Expedited instead. Called CS and they assured me I would get refunded - since it was their error. After receiving pillows ( 2+ weeks later—despite the “Expedited shipping”) and realizing how horrendous and uncomfortable and lumpy they were (even after drying for the 15 minutes)—returned them for an additional fee of $10. It took CS over a week to respond to my request to return them and many emails before I even got the return label—CS assured me YET AGAIN that I would receive a FULL refund for both pillows AND the original $20 they charged my card (unauthorized) for expedited shipping. After about 10 emails and another 3 weeks I finally got a refund—but never got the $20 back for expedited shipping I never ordered or authorized—and had to pay $10 for RETURN shipping. So now I’m out $30 and have ZERO to show for it. Customer Service was nasty and condescending throughout entire process—when they finally responded (took weeks). Cannot say enough about how awful the pillows AND CS service is—and shady!! One of worst buying experiences ever—Hours of my life I will never get back wasted. DO NOT order anything from MyPillow! Total scam and you will end up like me—out $30..

Filling is cheap foam bits, could buy at the market for a fiver😩 don’t waste your money there a rip off

Having received my pillows when I was buying was unable to use code 2 for price of one, was charged full price £120 plus. I complained that I hadn't received these pillows, must admit the lady I spoke to realised I had paid full price and told me she was having a word with her superior regarding reimbursement, I had email confirming this so will await that!! I obeyed all instructions regarding the pillows left them for 72 hours, used them for the first time tonight well what can one say, 2am and still awake due to their lumpiness have changed my pillow back to superior memory foam (decided to change this due to age of pillow) they are absolute rubbish you can feel the cheap foam bits making these pillows extremely uncomfortable,there is no give in them ( chose medium fill). I will certainly be returning them as they are extremely expensive for what they are, cheap tat that you could buy in any pound shop!!!! Prefer to spend a little more on decent memory foam pillows. I advise people to avoid at all costs.

Bought two of the Mypillows. After sleeping on them for six months, here are my comments: 1. They do NOT remain “fluffed up” all night long. They sink where your head is and billow out on each end. 2. They make an annoying sound when you lay your head in the pillow. Sounds like things sliding around or shifting. 3. The stuff they put inside is not smooth and comforting. Like laying on shredder foam pieces. Don’t waste your money

Ordered online, no way of tracking order, emailed and get generic useless response. Should pilows ever arrive, guarantee will be worthless as they don't have capacity to meet demand. 70% of the reviews for my pillow give 1 star. The others are clearly fake and if you take the time to read them they are almost laughable. "I had a serious car accident but my pillow made my neck better overnight" Really? Do not waste your money on buying pillows from this company. I guarantee you will instantly regret it. If you already have, do a chargeback with your card provider.
