Worst piece of cotton ever and here's why. Bought 2 mypillow pillows off TV late night shopping channel and paid £65 Inc delivery. They arrived and you have to heat them up and leave them a day before using them, did exactly as stated on info leaflet that come, (basically put them in dryer for a while). While using them I had a feel of them and material feels like ripped foam sofa cushion pieces, that's all it is and put my head on it and when you try and get comfy all the pieces go to either side of your head so your head is basically resting on the cotton outer case. Absolute pure and utter rubbish, doesn't support your head and worst night sleep ever. How are they allowed to charge so much for cotton pillow case. Returned for a refund!

These pillows do not provide any support at all. They are extremely uncomfortable and not as described on the website. I returned these pillows after a telephone conversation with the company expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality and did receive a refund for the cost of the pillows, but no refund for postage both for delivery and return. I am now in a dispute with this company over their advertising of the product and their refund policy, I should not be out of pocket for a product that is not as described on their website

Same as the rest!! Don’t bother buying lumpy rubbish pillows!! Put in the dryer made them look abit bigger but still full of lumps!! Didn’t unfortunately read the reviews before I brought.

Wish I had read the reviews and not the adverts. Got the full fill and if that's the case, the standard ones must be nearly empty. Got the buy 1 get 1 free and I am still disgusted with the quality. As for the 60 day return policy, good luck as I'm still waiting for a response to my email. I've bought cheaper pillows which have lasted longer and much better quality. I've told all my family and friends so none of them make the same mistake as me!

Complete and utter crap. This was gifted to us from a family member who bought one and loved it. I have no idea how. I honestly think she likes it because of political bias (MyPillow CEO is associated with Trump). I am glad we aren't the ones who spent money on it. I am grateful for the gift, as it's the thought that counts but if you're considering buying it for yourself, save your money. 1. It isn't sleep ready. You have to fluff it in the dryer first. 2. You can literally feel the chunks of foam. This isn't like your standard pillow lumps after years of use. It's literally shredded memory foam. You can hear and feel them shift. 3 when you lay your head in the middle, the foam moves to the sides of the pillow, which means you're laying on nothing but the cover. What's the point?? 4. It feels cheap. It looks cheap. Don't waste your money on it. This is one of those companies that uses ads and catch phrases to reel people in. I feel like you'd have to be brainwashed to love this.

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Fell for full page advertising( don't the Daily Mail have any responsibility for the quality of the goods they advertise?) pillows are cheap and rubbishy. Discarded after 3 nights.

My wife and I both got my pillow. They are uncomfortable and caused both of us to have neck pain. We have tried to use them for over three weeks but they are going in the trash

Don't bother. And don't believe the ads - but that's what advertising is right? Ordered two pillows - one medium fill, one most fill - they arrived both being medium fill. Went to their website to ask how to go about changing - no reply. Stuffing is not comfortable, it smells weird, and they do sink and don't stay fluffed-up all night. Don't know if the 10 year warranty works, don't know if the 60 day guarantee works. But my guess is that they won't - given the no response from my first enquiry.
