I placed an order and they withheld how long it would take until after I placed the order. I waited 26 days and checked online. Nothing! I called and sat on the phone and hour waiting for customer service, got a guy who said he said he would expedite and I would have in a week. The online customer service person after that cancelled the order and said, "sorry" !!!

Terrible pillows. I've had the unfortunate experience of attempting a night's sleep with one of these cheaply made pieces of tat (regretfully I actusly purchased one) and can honestly say it's an absolutely atrocious pillow. Aside the lost sleep and resulting neck ache, the pillow had a strange and unpleasant synthetic smell. Save yourself some money and buy yourself a Tesco pillow.

There might be some slight health conditions that could be linked to the type of gas used to expand the polyurethane foamed core of the pillows, during the manufacturing process. Headaches, sinusitis and sleep apnea could be some of these conditions. If you purchase a pillow, wash in cold water and leave it to dry (in a well vented area) for at least a week to ensure all remaining gas has been released to atmosphere.

I am wondering why most positive reviews about this company are from US - suspicious most are fake. In fact dealing with this company is just hassle. I never received the pillows (fortunately) due to some shipping problems apparently and it took 30 days to get a refund - glad that is over. Don't deal with this company!

Very disappointed, had high hopes but they feel cheap and offer very little comfort. No way are they worth £60. Feels like they are made from off cuts.

Shocking do not buy them they are chopped up bits of foam in a cheap see through pillow case.. not worth the money at all there is no way they are worth £60 a pillow .. worst nights sleep on them ever .. put me off buying pillows online never again ..... it costs you to send them back too under the 60 day guarantee ..
