Wouldn’t waste your money! Absolutely rubbish. All the foam bits in the pillow have all separated and is now lumpy! We got a firm pillow and a medium and there wasn’t much difference between the two.

This is a typical story of the (Emperor's new clothes) I'd advise you to look it up before you buy. The marketing is fantastic with loads of unsubstantiated claims, however, the reality is starkly different. People, once they have bought this rubbish, don't want to look foolish admitting that they have been conned. It costs far more to return than to deliver and trust me they make a packet on delivery with their exorbitant charges. Trust me, go to a proper high street linen or bed retailer and touch feel and look for yourself. You will save a packet. The pillow is god awful with cheap infil and covering, please do the research for yourself, you will be glad you did.

Overpriced, over hyped and lumpy. Comfortable when you first lay on it, then your head leaves a permanent indentation. You’d have to spend all night shaking it up only to have that happen again. Do not buy !

Piece of rubbish from a piece of rubbish

Bought two last year (2020) as believed all the advertising. Absolutely abysmal, after the 60 day return period ended the pillow slowly deteriorated to the point of completely useless and lumpy despite following the care instructions....had to ditch it by March 2021.

Crappy shredded foam pillow. Gave it to the dog to sleep on but I'm not sure he likes it either. Customer Service don't answer the phones either AVOID

Poor Customer Service: I had ordered 2 pillowcases to go with the 2 pillows, but only 1 pillowcase arrived. I called customer service and waited one hour and 20 minutes on hold, then got disconnected. A few days later, I called again, got the same voice recording that they had large call volume and could wait up to an hour. I chose option to get call back, and talked with someone. But the positive customer service in the past is gone. They are not interested in resolving your issue.

Worst pillow ever Ripped up chunks of foam stuffed into a cheap pillowcase. Incredibly rude customer service. Refused to refund. Criminal company AVOID. AVOID. AVOID
