This is the worse pillow I’ve ever had. At least I got a BOGO free. This pillow wads up in my pillow case and rolls out of the pillowcase opening. It’s a big nasty mess. Save your money. Same with all the emails and texts. Plus, this Pillow man is a nut.

Being constantly bombarded with unsolicited spam emails is not an ideal way to sell a pillow. I've never been to their website and never signed up for product information from them. If I ever did need a pillow, I would purchase one from Argos at a fraction of the price.

I bought a pillow and mattress topper, the products are fine but nothing super special like their adds claim. Since the purchase however I can't stop getting spam texts from them non-stop daily. I block the number and they simply come again on a different number. I have made every attempt to contact them and finally I got a reply saying they would be stopped within 48 hours but they are still coming over a week after receiving that email reply. I mean a person only needs so many pillows. It's not worth dealing with this company because if you make a purchase apparently they will never leave you alone after words

This pillow sucks and hurts my neck. Their return policy is terrible as they charge you 9.99 for a return label and you must pay all costs to ship the stupid pillow back. It's not really worth returning because I will barely get ant money back so I'm stuck with it. I will never order another item from them.Also the customer service person seemed annoyed every time you call. All in all a weird and disappointing experience.

Over a year ago they said we will send you a replacement of your queen pillow came apart at the seam. I am still waiting they lied.
