I have been trying for a week to get the RMA number you need to return my matress topper spent hours on hold can't get the number via email very unhappy looks like im out a few hundred bucks and countless hours of my time.

Their towels are pathetic and thin. Costco towels are way better at a much lower price. It is all but impossible to return something, you cannot do it online and the phone wait is 2 hours. The wait time is not due to "unexpected volume", it is due to not hiring enough people and intentionally making it very hard to return. Never buy anything here.

IWe ordered two pillows and paid shipping one month later they finally arrived. We followed instructions and they did fluff up. The foam filling is lumpy creating an uneven surface. The pillow is very full and does not conform to head and neck when sleeping. It's so full it forces your neck at a weird angle. The cost to ship and cost to return is ridiculous. This product isn't cheap and not worth a 1/4 of the cost. Don't waste your money. We wasted hard earned Liberal American Money and learned our lesson.

The idea of color coded pillows is absured. Yellow (Least Firm) White (Medium Fill) Green (More Fill) Blue (Most Firm) What is the cost of sending it back, who pays? Which fill is right for you? Good luck with that guessing. Also where is the cotton from? USA? The foam? Where is the pillow case made? Define American made? It's not that clear, is it? Try Coop Orginal, a really adjustable fill, it comes way overstuffed, and extra foam in a bag. You unzip it add, remove the cross cut, slipperly fiber, foam to get the pillow to your liking. Removing 1/2, 1/3 probably is normal, as it's way too firm on purpose.

The slippers are terrible and a rip off at the high price. The fur continues to shed even after several months. In addition they are not made in the U.S. but in China. I suggest you look elsewhere for better slippers at a fair price.

I bought the slip on womens slippers. When you walk in them, they won’t stay on. Plus there’s a hidden seam in the back that feels like a bulge that presses into the back of your foot. I returned them.

This review is for their My Slippers product. These are sized for very narrow feet and they don’t offer wide sizes. Unlike Zappo’s and pretty much every other online retailer, the buyer must pay return shipping. For sized items (shoes/slippers) this policy is absurd. We just tried the sheets and liked them, planned to buy more, but will purchase elsewhere now. And yes, they relentlessly spam you once they have your email.
