MyPillowReviews of mypillow.com

The sheets are nice. My problem is I ordered 2 extra pillow cases and the color didn't match. They were much darker. When I emailed them I was told the seperate pillow cases didn't always match. I thought that was odd since I have been buying sheets with extra pillow cases from several different companies over many years and never had this problem. My other issue is their shipping. The order was $140.00. I was charged $10.00 shipping and had to wait 10 days to receive my order. Most companies today offer free shipping for orders over $50.00 and I receive it usually in 3 days. Mike Lindell does this commercial about the cancel culture and we are giving our customers 60% off. The truth is at $140.00 I can get these sheets for the same price from many other companies.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You made your money with the high prices back in 2020. Now you run it reduced. You don't think people can see through this. Shame on your ass. And all that b******* behind you and God we trust

I purchased two pillows from MYPILLOW and they were too soft. Contacted company online twice over past few days. Just wanted to exchange pillows. As of yet, no response. Inferior customer service. I don’t think anyone works in that department.

I just wanted to keep this short! I am a light sleeper and good pillows are a must. I tried a pair of My pillows in Queen size and the first couple nights was ok. But after the 3rd-4th night I started waking up with headaches, almost every morning. After less than 2 weeks, I Switched back to my old 3 year old pillows I bought from Bed,bath and beyond and headaches disappeared. My pillows, weren't for me.

100% not worth the money. Pretty sure the dollar store pillow would be better. I’ll be returning them.

Ok - so the pillows are super comfy and that is the only reason they get 2 stars. I'm happy with the Full Fill pillow but the medium fill feels lumpy and just not fit for my needs. I have tried contacting them via email and telephone on numerous occasions and still no replacement or acknowledgment. So much for a 60 day guarantee! How are you suppose to return & replace?

Pillow was too soft so contacted MyPillow to request exchange for harder ones. They fail to answer emails, spoke to operators twice , each assuring that pillows would be sent out and return instructions would be with them. Still nothing after 4 weeks. Am now going to request refund under 60 day guarantee.

I had hoped that my long and expensive search for a pillow that suits me would be at an end when I purchased 2 of these medium fill pillows. How wrong I was. When I first put my head on the pillow it feels really comfortable, but the filling gradually moves to the top and sides of the pillow offering no support. I wake several times a night and have to replump it. Not worth the money.
