I ordered pillows and sheets. Never open the sheets but the pillow was not any better than the one you can get from Walmart. Tried them out because they had a money back guarantee but what they don’t tell you is if you return them you have to pay $10 shipping fee. I would not recommend buying the My Pillow. And customer service is slow at answering the phone and you have to listen to Elvis singing amazing Grace. I like Elvis but not two hours of listening to the same song one more reason not to buy. They really need to get more than one song to play on hold or more people to answer calls.

These pillows are overpriced and low quality. It is two rectangles of fabric with small squares of foam inside. I do not believe that small chunks of foam are a grand innovation in pillow manufacturing. I think it is more like a pillow that has deteriorated, and they are selling it as new. All night I struggle to form the lumps into something comfortable. Don't even consider paying 40 bucks or more for one of these lump-filled sacks. It's not worth it.

I ordered the slippers. I wear size 11-11 and a half shoes. I ordered Size 13 slippers because Size 14 were sold out. They arrived quickly but I could not get them on my feet, tried calling, emailing, get no response either way. I AM VERY UNHAPPY, just want my money back but can’t get a response.

This pillow is very lumpy. I did find the exact same at Walmart for $4.00. it's a very cheap pillow and I regret buying it. Don't order it online. If you can find it in a store go check it. It will for sure change your mind. For about the same price as my pillow you can get a nice memory foam pillow that is 100 times better. So for me the my pillow is just a scam. Not at all what they advertise.

I purchased the slippers. They were awful so I decided to send them back. Couldn't reach customer service by phone or chat. Finally, I reached out on the website. I received a return label which I had to pay for. I returned item on 12/15 and as of today, 1/13 it has not been credited on my credit card. Reached out today and got the original message with instructions to return the item. NOT HAPPY!!

This company '' Mike Liddell" total fraud..no returns defective products.................just outright deceptive. Need to contact Bank to get your refund. Three hour wait time for customer service just when the 3 hours are up you'll get the automatic disconnect.

Really disappointed with My Slippers. Not sure where to begin. For those of us that want to support american jobs and products, this is not the company to support. My wife and I bought My Slippers for each other and neither fit even close to what our normal sizes are. I have for example worn size 8 in every brand and style of shoe I have ever bought. Dress shoes, work boots, combat boots, athletic shoes and yes, even slippers. If you want to compete with "Made in China" you have absolutely got to get the fundamentals right, and that means sizing for a shoe product. Then you work to assemble the quality materials and construction. As I sit for three hours on hold being tortured by Amazing Graze on continuous loop and after typing 20 separate english words into the chat box that the ChatBot can't understand like Refund, Return, RMA, Agent, etc. Sadly, I agree with other commenters about the intentionality of what is clearly a poorly designed customer service experience. Having to call for a return Merchandise Authorization with wait times from days to hours as the only option to initiate a return, you have to be joking, right? Is this amateur hour for American Business? Since there has been no response to the hundreds and even thousands of negative reviews who all are saying the same thing, let me attempt to summarize a few of these and make it simple for even a child, much less someone with an MBA to understand. Here are just a few action steps that you can take to have any chance of competing with other companies in the on-line only marketplace for items such as clothing and slippers. i.e. items that require a personal fit. 1. Include a return shipping label with your products 2. Implement an on-line process to initiate a return RMA and ability to print a return shipping label with said number on it. 3. Pay for proper development of a functional ChatBot and supporting algorithms that can actually reduce your human task time for these functions by leveraging this automation technology. 4. If you must have telephone on-hold music, assemble a 30 min. instrumental loop or pay for a call back system. 5. Include greater detail to the "fit" of slippers and robes on the website to help customers choose the correct sizing. And now the "WHY" question for your millennial employees who might or might not read this. When you fail to make these types of changes to your business model, it indicates that you not only don't care about customer service, your products or your employees, but it is frankly disrespectful. Not only will I hold for three hours in order to get my RMA, ignoring the fact that my time is worth money to the tune of $40/hr. which would imply that you not only owe me a refund, you owe me an additional $120 for my time wasted by YOUR DESIGN, but I will take the time to write this and post and never miss an opportunity to share my experience with my circle of influence. Specifically, this experience has not just made me "not a fan" of MyPillow, but now an outspoken opponent to this company, solely based on the business model. This has also caused me to dismiss the integrity of Mike as a CEO and will absolutely not support him in any political capacity, his company or any subsidiary. You are doing more damage to the cause of brining industry back to the US than if you had never opened your doors in the first place. Well done and Thanks for nothing.
