It’s garbage. Don’t buy it. The pillow is piece of trash.

I made three purchases from the company. A pillow which was just ok but no better than what you can buy for far less money. Sheets which were nice but overpriced. The sheets were purchased on a BOGO sale and I only received one set. After dealing with customer service the other set was sent but it felt like they were trying to get away with something. I wonder how many people settle for the one set they receive rather than dealing with customer service. The third purchase was towels that arrived in the wrong color and after seeing the product I returned them instead of exchanging. The privilege of looking at the towels cost $15.00 as the company charges you to return their products regardless of the reason. I would imagine they are a very profitable company but their sales practices are questionable at best in my opinion. If you would like further evidence of this company's lack of customer satisfaction check their BBB rating. It's an F. My Pillow stopped responding to customer complaints long ago. They probably couldn't keep up with the volume.

Looks like Mike Lindell went from crack addict to another millionaire that scams the public’s, just like you and me. Bought the moccasin slippers, cost me $50, plus $13 in shipping, plus taxes and I live in Texas! I have a 9 shoe, so bought a 10 moccasin. They are so small I can’t get them on without prying and tugging, and then they are super uncomfortable, like having elastic bandages wrapped around my feet. In other words they suck! Go to Academy, Wal Mart, maybe even 7-11 before you buy this junk! A rip-off folks! Mike and his US flag draped torso? The damn things are made in Cambodia! Beware people!

Never ever buy from this company they are from the devil not God, their pillows are s*** and all they'll give you isnaked a piece of s*** .the company sucks and they want you to pay for their return fee of their guaranteed product. Purchased women's moccasins just a few months ago and the sole is wearing through. They never go outside and only used as slippers. I would expect them to last much longer. Not happy with these very expensive moccasins. Falling Apart, don't buy.

I found out that you cannot wash your My Pillow slippers. They say to "spot clean" them, but that certainly doesn't help if they stink on the inside. When I asked them how to clean the insides, they suggested I purchase odor eaters to slip inside of them!!! I normally wash my other slippers every 2 wks, so I guess I will be throwing these My Pillow slippers away since they can't be cleaned. What waste of good money!!!

I purchased a my pillow July 2021 and used their scale to choose the correct pillow for me. After just a week of sleeping on it, I found it to be no better than that $14.99 pillow at Walmart. The fill does not stay in place as advertised. Last week I washed the pillow using the guidelines printed on the tag. The material tore during the rinse cycle and stopped up the washer drain and ultimately flooded my laundry room. I attempted to call my pillow, but had "unusually long" wait times. I tried to use their online chat, but your chatting with a robot who needs "exact" questions. For me, I wasted $41.23!

I bought these and they were very comfortable, but the sole split. Sent them back and never heard from company again. Got screwed. Had purchased many products from them but no more
