Save your money and buy a Walmart pillow for $8. It’s about the same thing. I ordered a queen size it’s not very big for what it cost 🤦

So I get an email saying FedEx delivered to my front door. They DID NOT deliver anything. I have security cameras on all 4 sides of my home. No package was delivered. I called MP and reached "Nicole" right off the bat she was combative, condescending and down right hateful. I requested she let me speak to her supervisor and she refused. I will NEVER ORDER MY PILLOW AGAIN. NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN UNTIL I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

Bought a pair of slippers and was told on there site to buy one size larger, when they came they were way to big in length and in width. I sent them back, of course, and the charged me 24.91 to try on a pair of slippers that there suggestions were incorrect. They will not return there mailing to them and charge a restock fee.

I bought this pillow to see what the hype was all about and was completely disappointed. First off, it smelled funky and then it was lumpy. The owner claims it's made in Minnesota, yet it's made in China. I tried calling customer service and waited over 90 minutes. I finally gave up and emailed them. Zero response. I tried called yet again and another 45 minutes wasted. I sent another email that I'd be throwing their product in the trash and their customer service is even worse. Either 3 or 4 days later, they sent me an email back stating they would look into why I had no response. I told them don't bother and don't email me again as I threw the pillow in the trash. If you don't value your customers, don't sell a product that sucks. This pillow is nothing but a scam. You're better off buying a $10 pillow from anywhere else or using no pillow. No wonder why there customer service center never answers their phone as everyone is calling to complain. They don't recognize the BBB and their rating is an F.

I bought the moccasin slippers. The sole split in less that 3 months and the layers oozed out the side. I would not recommend the slippers at all. I feel the quality is bad and the advertisements are completely misleading! I would NEVER have bought them for the exorbitant price if I had known they were made in Cambodia. I thought Mike was all about American made! Now I feel he’s a bit dishonest to say the least.

The leather tie lace broke at the point that the 2 laces come together to be tied. The remaining piece in the slipper is frozen in place so that the leather lace cannot be equalized to allow a bow knot. The laces are a poor quality. I wish I had read reviews before buying these.

The return process is terrible. I tried doing it online but they were only going to give me $40 (I paid $66) for 2 pillows. Their "guarantee" states that they will give you 100% of your money back (minus shipping). My return receipt had a $9.98 processing fee. So, I decided to call. First problem: the expected wait time was 34 minutes. Second problem: I sat through a loop of an Elvis impersonator singing "Amazing Grace" until I wanted to put an ice pick through my head. The call was finally answered at 50 minutes. I was polite and was able to get the rep to correct the return amount to $53. Third problem: There were 2 "oops, our system is having trouble showing the charges and I don't know why you were charged that but it is a mistake" excuses, but I believe I got more help than others might have by being very nice. I think they make the return process uncomfortable enough that most people just give up.
