I ordered the slippers and of course you can’t try them on and mine was a size too large. I called to exchange for a smaller size and they said no. So, even though I like their products I will no longer be a customer. Good Customer service is the most important thing a company can offer

Deceptive Advertising by Mike Lindell
June 1, 2023, my pillow slipper ad shows my pillow Moccasins and other slippers for cost of $25.00 with promo code 150. When you go to the web site to purchase the Moccasins the price is over $49.00. It is only the other non-moccasin slippers and sandals that are priced at $25.00. This is deceptive advertising by Mr. Lindel who wears a Christian cross to make people believe he is honest. Beware of his phony advertising.

The slippers are a bait and switch…
The slippers are a bait and switch scam. They show the original offering but slip in a similar slipper that is junk. Shame on you Mike. You are either not paying attention to your business are you are in on the scam. You can go ahead and put that Christian cross you so proudly display away under your shirt, you are no Christian! Mine are going to Goodwill.

Wish I could rate it zero
Wish I could rate it zero! Worst pillow I’ve ever used. So many lumps and headaches night after night. Don’t waste your money!

Don't buy My Pillow 2
I had the old My pillows for several years and was quite happy with them. Also bought the mattress topper which is okay. With all the hype around my pillow 2, I decided to order two of them.
The first one that they sent were so soft that I returned them and got the next firmness level. These pillows are total garbage. There nothing like the original pillows. I don't know what they've changed with the stuffing, but they really are not holding their shape and just plain stink!
I tried to get them to exchange them for the original ones but it was such a hassle.
They wanted me to first return the my pillow2's before they would ship me anything.
Terrible customer support. Will never buy another product from them.

My pillow could care less about…
My pillow could care less about improving their product. I purchased slippers for my wife as a Christmas gift in 2021. These slippers are 1 year old 4 months old. We live in a 623 sq ft home that is 90% carpet. The only time they have been outside is on my back deck & they have never been wet. They told me the warranty was for a year & I was S.O.L. I wish I could send pictures with this review. I hope this will stop anyone else from buying their shoddy product.

Poor quality control, awful customer service
I foolishly purchased the men's slippers for $25 after being berated by their radio commercials for weeks. The S/H fee doubled the price! Ordered size 10 (all of my footwear:9.5-10). 1.5 wks later they arrived, way too small. Impossible to return:"all sales final." Even sent photos side-by-side J&Murphy dress shoes size 9.5 "dwarfing"their slipper. They refused to exchange them for larger size. Unbelievable!

Dishonest seller! Steer clear!
I've watched Mike Lindell with Trump in rallies. I have also heard him speak. I'm also a recovering addict, sober since 1987. I'm also aware of all the controversies surrounding him. Out of a need to replace my worn-out slippers, I took a chance and purchased a pair of MySlippers slip-ons in chestnut, size 11. At the time there was not a close-out note next to the ad. When they arrived, I found them to be too big. Felt more like a size 12. But I liked them because they felt nice. Didn't want to give up so I called Customer Service to see if I can return, She said no because it was a close-out sale. I asked to see if I can exchange them for a more expensive pair but she said no. Nothing they can do. Now I gotta eat my $40? So I went back to the website, and sure enough there was the note next to the slippers on your site. (Strangely it seemed to appear after my sale.) What a crock. I live alone, there's no one else to give them too. I was so mad. I work hard for that $40. To let you know, CA law requires the seller to refund, exchange or offer credit. You did neither. I see you have a poor BBB rating and lots of bad Google reviews. I thought about it, and decided to add to those bad reviews. Too bad. That's what happens when you rip people off. You call yourself a Christian? Yeah, I'm thinkin' what Jesus would do. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't swindle people. I've had some bad experiences with "Born Agains", and you've just solidified my bias. How can you live with yourself?
