I BOUGHT THE PERCALE SHEETS SETS, 2 AND THEY ARE THE WORST SHEETS IVE EVER HAD. THEY GET SO WRINKLED AFTER WASHING IT GIVES ME ANXIETY! I WOULDN'T PAY $10 FOR A SET IF I HAD TO BUY AGAIN.

We have purchased several my pillow products In the past. I've bought 4 towel sets less than one Year ago. I've been using one set interchangeably. Most recently, I noticed three very small holes in one of the bath towels. These towels are very thick and very odd to have this kind of flaws. It's advertised 10 year warranty on Mike Lindell products. I called to see if it would be replaced, not requesting a full refund. ERIC, one of Mr. Lindell's representative in customer service gave me a real hard time exchanging the towel stating that in the past, I sent back a flawed pillow I ordered and they state was never received by them. I had no knowledge of his statement, which had nothing to due with the flawed towel in my possession. They never called me or made me aware that they never received the returned flawed pillow. He refused to replace the towel because he claims they never received the flawed pillow over a year ago which was untrue. I'M Very disappointed in My Pillow on how they conduct their business practices. I hope this reaches other consumers and to be aware of purchasing My Pillow Products not abiding to their warranty guarantee. Gary B. PA.

I ordered my pillow men's slippers, they don't run true to size. They advised nonrefundable and company wouldn't let us exchange for the correct size. Buyer beware

I've got my my slippers for my birthday a year ago july. They're wore out they're not as comfortable as swindell says they are. He's a swindler and I don't care for this company.... My slipper. My slipper 07/2022. 07/2023 Not even one year....

Ordered a pair of slippers for my 89 year old father. He wears a size 9 shoe so I ordered a size 9 slipper. They were way too big. Reached out to customer service and was informed there are no exchanges/returns allowed. I will not be ordering anything else from them. Terrible service.

Former customer of pillows, and more. Just bought Isotoner slippers after having read reviews of My pillow slippers and Isotoner. the latter is equal to or less expensive, and a far better product. so tired of Mike, and his FOX News presence, yet nowhere else. Difficult to deal with the on phone and online people, returning is a pain in the ass. I can do without Mike, and like I said, I used to be a loyal customer. No mas.

Slippers came and were different sizes even though they said the same on the box and label. My feet are the same size in everything I wear but one of them was bigger than the other. I contacted customer service and was told no exchange or refund slippers. Does this tell you why. They knew there was a problem. Don't buy anything from them.

Call to tell them the fed x guy left my package outside without a plastic bag on it . They response was to say that the delivery was delivered within the time frame that they said fed x would deliver it . Even though it was left out in the pouring rain without a plastic bag in just a cardboard box. What happened to common sense all i want was a refund for the expedited shipping they said they cant do it because it came on time . This company must pay fed x thousands of dollars a day to deliver and instead of taking the customers side they stick with the big corp. A bunch of hypocrites who hide behind there religion and pretend they are so righteous and caring !!!!!!
