I have bought two My pillows
I have bought two My pillows. First one was the second lowest softness, it was comfortable for three months. The second pillow was two softness harder, it's like a Rock. Totally not what Mike says they are!

Bought My Slippers. Lasted about 9 months and then the soles completely fell apart. Would not buy from this company again.

Well, I was given two 'my pillows' by my loving mother and they are just cheap lumpy pillows. I've had better pillows at a Marriot. There are softball sized gaps in the pillow and whatever the stuffing is has to be pushed together to get any support. A note about the Christian cross you use Mike.....If you want people to see your love for Jesus Christ let them, see it 'in you' not 'on you'.

Pillow cases were ordered mistakenly, and decided to return them unopened. Their processing free for this was way too high if you use their site. I could have returned them for 1/3 the price. As far as their products.......not bad, but......not great. Average is about the same if I bought similar products locally, plus I would have the option to return for free. If I purchased through Amazon, may returns are free. In general, MyPillow products are over-hyped. While I assume their warranties are good, return processing is difficult and not cheap. Unless you know first hand as to the product (such as through a friend), I suggest you purchase somewhere else. Also, whether it is true or not, internet articles suggest that MyPillow is inn financial difficulties, and if that is the case and the company folds, then their warranty (no matter long it is for) will be worthless. I suggest caution ordering products through their webb site.

My Pillow was so lumpy it made my neck feel like it had hemeroids. Wouldn't buy that mess again. If I had more of them I would give them out to trick or treaters but would end up getting my windows waxed

I am not writing this to pan the product (women's moccasin slippers) but to be helpful to other customers. I ordered my normal size, as advised. The left slipper fit fine and was extremely comfortable; the right slipper slid off my heel as I walked. (My right foot is smaller than the left, but I don't usually notice this much difference). The lining of faux fur felt hot on this 95 degree summer's day. The warning I would give to senior citizens (I am one) is that the slippers are so incredibly padded that when I walk I feel insecure -- can't get a feel of the floor as with sneakers, for example, or normal shoes that are not so padded. The padding is a selling point for comfort, but I think Mike Lindell needs to rethink this feature for seniors who need to have a sense of sure footing. I have returned the slippers for a full refund, minus $8 for UPS to pick them up.

Ordered the men's moccasins, size 11 since I wear an 11 in everything else. Length is OK but they are made for a size double EE width. My foot rolls around on the high cushion from side to side, slipping up and down on the heel until they fall off, about ten steps. I mean HUGE. The construction appears good, but they are headed to Goodwill. Cannot be returned. Since you cannot order a width size, I would think they should come in a standard D width.

Have purchased several items from MyPillow. Pillows OK, sheets OK, mattress pad OK, slippers not so much. No deal on "Happy Returns". In the end you may get half your money back. Lesson: don't return anything.
