Absolutely the worst pillow I have ever purchased. Costco pillows are twice as good and less than half the price.

I purchased a set of two king sized Silver Series pillows by My Pillow via an authorized retailer about a year ago for $109 (+ tax & s/h) and have regretted the purchase ever since. The pillows "seemed" ok when they first arrived, but gradually over two months (past the return-window) we noticed the filling started to appear less full so our heads would basically sink to the bottom of the pillow resulting in little to no support. It was almost as though the filling from a standard pillow was put into king-sized pillows. I followed the laundry instructions to the "T" thinking the pillow fill might just need to be "fluffed up", but it didn't help. I ended up folding in to the inside, the excess material of the king-sized pillow casing to form a standard-sized pillow, then used a straight stitch on my sewing machine to seal the end of the pillows. Each pillow is still intact, I just took up the slack of the fabric and tucked it inside and closed it up. It helped a little, but these pillows are just not comfortable... period.

The pillow I got is horrible. I don't know how anyone can sleep on it, it is lumpy and has a peculiar odor. I was going to get feather pillows but then heard how great the My Pillow is - I wasted my money. Wanted to do a return but I would have to pay the return shipping! Outrageous!

Your slippers started falling apart after just a couple of months. The rubber is brittle and the quality is crap. I would not recommend these slippers to anyone

Where to begin?? Purchased the Pillow Topper and paid $25 for shipping (in my opinion, a company this size and amount of $$ for their products should ship for free!) The day after I made my purchases, I began receiving these PROMO specials advertising FREE SHIPPING! Are you kidding me?? It was only AFTER I submitted a request to the company that they refunded my shipping fee. I am 2 weeks into this and STILL have not received my purchase!! When I checked the tracking info, as of 2 days ago, the label had just been created. Again, SERIOUSLY?? Quick to take my payment of $400, not so quick to ship! Come on Mike Lindell! Take a page from your buddy Jeff and his little company called AMAZON! There is absolutely no reason why I should have to wait 2+ weeks to receive my purchase! It's not like these are made to order!

My husband purchased my slippers at christmas 2022. Paid alot of money,less than one year later the rubber around the slipper is cracking and falling off. They are a very soft slipper, but the rubber is really bad. 😡 I would love to submit photos but I don't know where.
