Although these slippers are comfortable they do not have any support on the strap which is very flexible and if you are on a slope your foot will slide and the strap will give. I actually broke my little toe when my foot slid and there was no stability offered by the strap. I returned them and provided feedback suggesting that they redesign the product and probably recall them to avoid injuring customers

Bought 2 of these pillows one med and one firm Both my wife and I tried each and agreed there was only one place for them and that was the dumpster!

I bought bath towels several years ago, large and thick, great towels. I ordered some new ones a couple months ago, big difference! Small in size and thinner!!! Not pleased with these new towels. Also, same order, I ordered two pillows, same loft as my first ones several years ago. Not even close to my original my pillows!! Hardly any filling, just not what I wanted. I wanted what I bought last time!!!! Sorry Mike, I like you, but I thought you were an American. Why but cotton from overseas!!!???

Wish I could give 0 stars. The product is inferior (towel sets), certainly not worth the money, even with discounts. Trying to return is anything but "Happy Returns." Not a happy camper, keep getting put on hold, this is a joke!

As others have mentioned their discount codes are a scam. They charged me $10 more than the advertised price for pillows and when I called they offered me a gift card. The service was not reasonable and the advertising is deceptive.

I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately not possible. This is the worst pillow on the market made by a factory that uses germicide materials. Nothing but sneezing and bad odor. Definitely not recommend

They do not honor the "promo codes" .... we ordered 2 pillows at $25 each but the bill came to $139 ... Obviously we were lied to, it is false advertising and they do NOT honor the "promo code" as seen on the TV. Mike looks like a legit. guy, being a TRUMP fan and a good 'conservative' but have to assume he is crook.....1 star out of 5 is NOT a good company! DO NOT honor "discounts" !!!. I suggest they re-think their crooked business dealings
