My product arrived about 2 weeks after ordering it, which is understandable. But I was under the impression they use the pictures that you upload to their site. NOT THE CASE. They sent me a book of some of the pictures I submitted but majority were pictures of random couples together. All the dates are wrong. Everything is wrong and it’s a pathetic product.

Do NOT BUY !!!! It is falsely advertise and the delivery situation is a mess, not to mention the product is terrible and you will be awfully disappointed when you receive do not buy and it will save you the money

I placed an order 1/26/26, initially I received a design to review on 1/27 and I sent corrections the same day. As of today, nothing additional has happened on my design and likely won’t be here for Valentine’s Day. I am very disappointed.

I was worried about my order not arriving in time for Valentine’s Day, but reaching out to customer support they really did their best to assure me and let me know they’ll do best so my interests were met. Overall great company and transparency

I wish I did more research before placing my order. They literally are taking weeks for an order. First they say it’s out of stock, I placed a digital order not a hard copy how is a digital order out of stock then they say it’s out delayed because of high demand for February mind you I placed my order in December. It’s barely January. Then they suspend my order because I didn’t put my address again a digital order nothing is being sent to my house it’s supposed to be sent to my email smh. This place is unprofessional and not timely at all don’t order
