I got my cat made as a petsie when she was 13 years old. I knew I may not have much time left with her, as she was older and had some health issues. I’m so grateful I got it when I did. Now that my kitty has passed on, it helps me (and my son) to snuggle with her petsie at night when we are missing her most.

They made it right, and the solution was good ------------------------------------------------------ I have photos. They completely delivered a bad product that doesn't even resemble the species let alone specific pet. They have a return policy regarding design disagreements not being valid. This isn't a design disagreement. It's pure bad quality work proven. It's not a design issue, it's a skill issue. I realize I paid for a sneak peek but was on a family emergency and only given a 72 hour window so I could not take advantage of that. Regardless, it shouldn't take a preview to at least make this look like a cat.

The possessed looking stuffed dog they sent me looks like it just walked out of pet cemetery. Couldn't even get the color of her nose right. Do not spend money on this product.

Although this is a great business concept, the final Forevers Pet replica is not worth the money that I paid! Also beware of the selective 4.8/5 rating that Petsies has on their website. If you look at other internet reviews, the rating is much lower. Getting a replica of your pet is a very slow process. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the final product was of good quality, but that’s not the case. For the first replica that I received, the body was fine but I was very disappointed with the colouring which wasn’t even close to the photos that I sent to them. Petsies wouldn’t provide a refund and claimed that the only way to get an accurate replica of my pet was to pay extra for a preview. This is clearly a “cash grab” and should instead be included as a quality control process in the overall initial high price paid for their Forevers Pet. It was finally agreed with Petsies to get a remake of my pet done for an additional cost. This remake cost included the preview stage which allowed the final product to be more accurate in replicating my dog. After another long wait to receive the remake, I was disappointed to be charged an additional tariff/duties ransom which amounted to 40% of the invoice amount before I could receive the final product. When I asked Petsies why I wasn’t charged additional tariff/duties on the first replica considering that they used the same courier company, they couldn’t provide a clear response and wouldn’t reimburse me for this additional cost. Overall I’m very disappointed with Petsies and would not recommend this company to provide an accurate quality replica of your pet for a reasonable price.

Paid well over $200 for a likeness of our husky who passed earlier this year. After months of 0 contact it finally arrived, much smaller than advertised and looks absolutely nothing like any of the attached pictures. Very clearly a cash grab to take advantage of people who miss their pets greatly. Do not order.

It's a very slow process, which would be fine if the quality was amazing, but I just got mine today and I cried because I was expecting it to look like my dog who had passed and it didn't. The body was fine, but the face looks nothing like her. And I dont feel like there is anything I can do, since there are no refunds except for very specific issues and my only other option is a very high cost to have it remade. I wish they made the redo (or the option to see it in advance) more affordable, because this product and each of these additional options is WAY too high.

This company is a joke. My wife and I were just getting over having our cat mauled by a dog, so I wanted to get her a plushie of the cat. I sent pictures, and they even asked for more. So I expected to get a detailed product. Boy was I wrong. This thing looks like the model could be for a small dog, and that the cheap felt material is colored in with a magic marker. The product is much larger than even a large cat, and the face looks like a cheap toy you could buy at the store. Horrible product. I highly discourage anyone from even considering their products.

I payed a total of $212.95 and waited 3 months for a very important Christmas present for my boyfriend. Nova was our first cat together and she sadly died back in August. Nova was basically our best friend and it was very hard when she died. I specifically told Petsies that Nova had two black dots on her nose, a small patch of orange fur on the right side of her nose and another small patch of orange fur the middle under her bottom lip. Whatever they sent me looks nothing like Nova. The ear hair it too long, the coloring around her nose and mouth are completely wrong, and her overall coloring is way to light. The face is the most important part and it looks like trash. I am extremely disappointed in this product! DO NOT BUY!!!!!
