I've been trying to reach customer service. My heart girl crossed the rainbow bridge last month. I needed something to hold to help with the grieving. I sent multiple pictures and they didn't even come close. The face was the wrong shape and they ignored my note about distinguishing features, the color completely wrong. I wish I had read these first. My heart is broken. I've been trying to reach them but they never answer their phones.

Super expensive for something that looks like a child painted it. The “air brushing” barely left any color and it hardly looks like the pup. Asked for a partial refund and was refused. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

My mom and I got a Petsies for her best friend that recently lost her German Shepherd. She LOVED it and cried when she saw it! They got his left floppy ear and the little spot on his forehead perfectly. They were so kind and even called my mom when she was having trouble placing the order to help her through it (she's not the best with technology and websites haha).

The "team" at Petsies failed miserably on my request for a stuffie that looked like my dog. The color is not even close, the right front paw is turned 90 degrees, the snout and face are all wrong. This is no where close, not even close to the pictures I sent and the instructions I gave. I sent multiple pictures from multiple angles and I get a product that looks like a completely different. Now they are telling me "tough luck" and since it's "custom" they will not refund. They said they would do a remake at 1/2 the price when their own site says it's $75. I paid A LOT for this item and I expect it to be up to THEIR OWN standards and advertising promotions. EDIT- after many many e-mails and two found defects on the stuffie that THEY caused and could not (?) correct, they relented and sent a full refund. I don't understand how they could not correct a defect that they cause since they made the thing. Really?? Anyway, we're done with each other and I'll NEVER recommend them to anyone!~ EDIT 2- It's also interesting that on the Petsies web site there are NO bad reviews and the reviews shown are all 5 star. But, online on other sites like this one, there are plenty of bad reviews...hmmmmm

We spent over $300 to get a replica of our deceased cat. We sent over 30 photos, and the approved product and what we received are absolutely nothing alike. The quality is horrendous. Cheap cheap fur and these hideous button eyes that looks similar to TY brand plushies. There is no refund and if you want adjustments it’s $75 plus shipping. Not worth it for this hideous, possessed looking cat plush. I absolutely hate it and I hope no one ever has to go through this experience.

Takes 3 months to get an ugly plush cheap looking plush toy of your cute puppy. They have no policy in place in case you don't like their very costly version of your pet. You're out the money. Mine was so hideous it could win an Ugly Dog Plush Toy Contest.

I am so impressed with the quality of my Petsie! They did my pup justice! I love how personalized the products are and their customer service is honestly great. Super hands on and I loved how I got email updates every step of the way. It is a very customized product so it does take a little longer to get but hands down worth the wait!!
