Got my Petsies dog wrong eyes

Got my Petsies dog, wrong eyes, it's body looks like my dog but, the eyes are wrong. They offered colors and I picked one light blue and one darker blue. They sent brown. I sent several emails to let them know still not right. Why offer then not give to you. For $288 I would expect the right color. All their adds show blue ring around eye, mine are brown. The eyes are what makes it my dog. Petsies responded to above and basically put the blame on me, and said I approved it. Well I did not. I complained about the color and their design department said it was a lighting problem and the eyes were blue. You needed a magnifying glass to find any blue So beware of what the design department tells you I still give them a dissatisfied rating.

We're truly sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed. 😔 Our team made sure to include close-up images of the eyes in the Sneak Peek and used the light blue and dark blue colors you requested. You reviewed the image and let us know it was approved to ship, and we moved forward only after receiving that confirmation from you. It seems there may be some confusion about the eye color—what you're seeing as black is actually the pupil, which is standard for our designs. Our team very graciously took the feedback on how to showcase our eyes to the customer through the Sneak Peek process and asked if there is anything more we could do to help. You just stated you were disappointed about the style of the eyes and how we approach our services. Regardless, as mentioned in our past conversations, we sincerely thank you for sharing your thoughts. Feedback like yours helps us grow and improve, and we’re always open to making things better. -The Petsies Team

Keepsake plush
My dog passed, and this plush is a keepsake to remember him by. The coloring of the fur is impeccable, and there have been times I've glanced over to where I've left him, and had to double take because it looks just like him. Everyone that worked on this plush did an amazing job, and I received it sooner than estimated which is always great. Fantastic job by all, thank you!

My Petsie made me cry when I opened the box. I have been missing my sweet girl for three weeks and this gave me something to hold onto. I’m so thankful for this gift

I'm highly dissatisfied with the product. It looked nothing like my cat. Everything was wrong .The only thing that was right was the color. It should be criminal to charge grieving people that much money for something to get at Walmart for 50 bucks.
Response from PetsiesMay 9, 2025
Hi Kreg, We're so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your Petsie. Please reach out to [email protected] so that we can hopefully find a solution to the issue.

My purchase looks just like my June
My purchase looks just like my June. I love it! And a added bonus, my pit bull and teacup poodle is longer in depression after seeing Juno. It's of course not the same but Ghost is definitely a little happier. So am i. Thank you!
