Reasurance , when you verified. That you had received the sample.Very quick results, in days of posting my dogs hair sample. Great service. From registering on line, to receiving the results. Really worth the money.

Easy to use and easy to understand
Got report, was easy to read and to implement changes into my dog’s diet. Whole process was great. Have now ordered second test for my other dog

Abbie was excellent
USPS lost first sample - make sure to send tracked! Abbie & Ellen were excellent customer service folks to schedule a second sample to be sent and tracked. Emails were answered ASAP and clear direction on going forward. Thanks Abbie & Ellen!

Ordered and received results in a matter of days! I now know what my dog cannot have and hopefully stop the erratic licking of paws!!!!

So much info
It was so easy to do the test and send it in. I learned a few things about my dog. I’m tweaking his diet because of the results.

I recommend My Pet Sensitivity 100%
I recommend My Pet Sensitivity 100%. My dog has been itchy, her skin is red and flakey and she hasn't wanted to finish her food. I sent her sample in and 2 weeks later got her results. We are now fixing her diet and I cannot thank My Pet Sensitivity enough!

It was very quick, easy, and thorough
It was very quick, thorough and easy! We sent the hair sample off on a Friday. The following Thursday , I was notified that they had received our sample. Expecting it to take 3-5 days until we heard anything I was surprised to receive a text about 24 hours later, on a Friday afternoon. The report was very easy to read and explained the results. My dog has lots of sensitivity to common foods used in dog food- so this report was very helpful.
