Just to clarify: Every health test includes 1 month of free access to our 24/7 Vetline subscription. After the first month, it continues with a monthly charge unless cancelled. This is outlined during the purchase process, and the subscription can either be removed at checkout or cancelled at any time. You should have also received a welcome email with your username and password to help you get started. I'll be sure to pass your feedback on.

We’d like to clarify that all samples sent in Canada first go to a fulfilment center, where they are processed before being forwarded to the correct lab. This step is managed by the postal system and is unfortunately beyond our control. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, it means it reached the fulfilment centre - not the lab directly. While we cannot take responsibility for Canada Post’s handling, we’re happy to guide you on next steps to ensure your sample is processed.
