Really easy to use and super quick results. We managed to pinpoint a change in our golden retrievers supplements which triggered her allergies, meaning we could remove this and she is now no longer suffering.

We found this very helpful indeed and a lot cheaper than going through the vets. We have now adjusted reggies food in line with the results of the test and are getting positive results.

My dog suffered for 2 years with wet eyes itching and colitis Ordered my sensitivity test and was guided through the process every step of the way. I made the changes to her diet as recommended and my dog hasn’t had a visit to the vet with these problems since, only wish I’d done it sooner. I had a follow up call off Heidi to check I was happy with everything and if there was anything she could help me with. I would definitely recommend

The test kit was well price. After ordering the test kit, the instructions were really easy to understand and perform. Sending it off wasn't no bother either. Communication was frequent by email. The results came back quite and quickly. There was a good breakdown of what he was allergic too. Heidi was really good in asking for feedback off me.

I originally use this company as a bit of a whim instead of paying, possibly thousands for a full allergy test for my cats to figure out what his food sensitivity was. I thought I'd try here first. Although they only point out possible sensitivities, we were then able to try these one by one cutting them out from his diet. Without my results I would not have realized that my cat cannot have chicken. Doing a food trial alongside these results really helps me improve my cat's health. The team were wonderful along the way, especially a staff member called Heidi I wouldn't recommend for simply diagnostics but I would 100% recommends give you a starting point to help your pets
