The process was easy and the resukts came back in a timely manner which was great. However now trying to figure out what I can do to help my Coco. There is so many things she has a sensitivity to that I'm at a loss as to what I should feed her.

I am still waiting on my cat Nora's test to be completed. As far as Sunny and Nala test not so sure I believe some of it. Update: I received a responds from the company and I am even more disappointed. They just resent my dog Nala's results. I said I am waiting on my cat Nora's test results.

Not what I was expecting. Not easy to read, I just wanted to know if my dogs were allergic to chicken because of the itching. I wish it was summed up easier to read. I didn’t get anything out if it. Not worth paying the money.

Listing states results in 3-5 days of receipt of your pets hair sample. What it does not tell you, if you’re in the USA, you’re mailing your sample to a collection center in the USA, then they are bulk mailed to their lab in(what they told me via email) the UK. This can take 2-3 weeks for arrival. So even if you send the sample with tracking as they recommend, you really have no idea when it arrives at the lab. I waited about 7 days after my tracking showed it was delivered to email about an inquiry as I never received the email about receiving my sample like they said I would. That’s when I was told about the collection center and it would be mailed to the lab in the UK from there and it would take 2-3 weeks from there. THEN results in 3-5 days. Just be honest about it up front! I’m sure this is in the fine print somewhere. Results are very thorough and well presented once received, and i’m hoping they are accurate. My vet is skeptical of the test. We shall see.

I felt the instructions were confusing. I did expect a kit to come then found out there wasn’t a kit. Once I finally sent in a baggy of hair … I still don’t have my results and it’s been many months , so I’m still patiently waiting. Edit- I got my results right after this review. Glad to have them finally. It is a nice thorough report and will help me modify his diet!

It took us almost a month and the result are kinda of generic. They said they received the sample on a Saturday and by Monday morning they already had the results? That's fast and suspicious. If the customer services can get back to me about the money back guarantee, would be great.
