This is a scam. Don’t buy anything or put any details into their website. They will subscribe you onto monthly payments without telling or asking you. I noticed once three payments had been taken from my account without my consent. I asked for a full refund as I didn’t use the service once but they refused. This website is a scam they are only trying to steal your money and operate in an illegal and predatory manner. Do not use this.

They automatically add a “free trial” of a virtual vet service to your cart when you are checking out. It’s not obvious that you are then subscribing after the first free month. Once I was charged for the second month (after not using the service at all ever) I immediately wrote to customer service asking to immediately cancel and refund the subscription fee— they refused! Really unprofessional and sneaky and predatory!

I cannot recommend this company as the results did not help one bit. Contradictory to the point of ridiculous, tested items were not realistic or helpful. I know my dog is sensitive to certain things and the results showed the opposite so I would not trust these determinants and would not spend my money here.

Have not gotten my results!!! Mailed out Feb 16 - South NJ to SC. Got confirmation test was received 2 weeks later (3/5). Told results in 3 - 5 business days …. Still waiting. Funny you want a review for an incompetent environment.

Tested the same dogs using the same company at different times. Got complete contrasting results. One year they are allergic to chicken so can eat beef. Next time they are allergic to all kinds of beef food and not chicken. Don't believe the results to be genuine if I'm honest

Thank you for sharing your experience. The test you completed is a bioresonance sensitivity test, which identifies potential energetic sensitivities rather than providing a medical allergy diagnosis. It’s normal for sensitivities to change over time, especially over the period between your tests. Sensitivities are not always permanent - they can fluctuate depending on diet, environment, stress, and other factors affecting the body. If you’d like, we can review both sets of results with you and suggest ways to interpret them practically to support your pets’ wellbeing. We'll be in touch shortly!

Don’t use this company for the following reasons: 1) The info they send back is generic and of no use to people who’s pets have genuine issues 2) They provide no sample collection kits or postage - it’s a huge hassle to follow their rules and not worth it for the useless information that is sent back - pretty sure everyone receives the same. 3) they suggest that garlic and onions are safe for dogs - neither are, so their advice is dangerous 4) they sneakily add a subscription to 24/7 vet advice to your basket. If you don’t notice, they start taking this monthly til you cancel. Avoid at all costs.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We do provide detailed information online before you order so you can make an informed choice and ensure the test is right for you. Regarding the results: while the format may feel generic in some ways, the information is based on your pet’s actual sample and is unique to them. While certain foods like garlic and onions can be toxic to dogs, the test does not measure toxicity. Instead, it assesses sensitivities based on the hair sample provided. A “no sensitivity detected” result does not mean these foods are safe to feed - it simply indicates that no sensitivity was detected in your dog’s sample. In other words, a food can be poisonous but still show no sensitivity in this type of test. It’s always essential to avoid giving pets any food known to be toxic to them. Regarding the subscription item, I can assure you that we offer the chance to sign up to our 247Vetline subscription at various points throughout your checkout process including on the product page, in the cart and post-purchase. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. While shipping is the customer’s responsibility and unfortunately out of our control, we did try to assist by offering to refund the postal fee for the second sample (up to $6) if you chose to resend it. We completely understand if this felt insufficient and apologise for any frustration caused. Thank you for your feedback.

It was not clear that this was a subscriptions I never once utilized your online vet. I canceled the "subscription" that I was charged for and have requested a refund for but have not received. I would go with another allergy test company in the future. I am doing one for my dog and am using total vet as they do not have hidden subscriptions!!!!!
