So quick! Doing the test was easy following postage instructions was easy and the results came so quickly. I mostly understood the results well and the bits I was unsure of I emailed about and had a reply very quickly that helped me to understand!! I have stopped my cat from sleeping on cotton and alot of her skin irritation Has already cleared up! Not all but it is already much better.
