Response was prompt. Instructions clear and concise. Report seemed to be extensive and complete. I have to admit, I am a bit skeptical regarding hair testing in general, but this is for sensitivity only and not life threatening and I found it interesting.

Our dogs skin kept breaking out. The vet said it was just allergies and put him on Apoquel. Which was over $100 / month. Said we could stop once winter came. Winter came, we stopped, he broke out again. Vet also said it was highly unlikely it was his food. Did Intolerance test & he had Sensitivity to many items, including beef, which was in treats and food. We have stirred clear of the items on his test and he has only had a few minor flare-ups since. Which are probably things in the yard (rabbits) that he also has a sensitivity to.

Turnaround time from receipt of sample to results was very quick. Will remove the items that showed high sensitivity and will see if that makes an improvement.

Very easy to send in the sample, received the results in no time at all. Really enjoyed receiving the intolerances from both my dogs too. Stopped the red foods immediately, seeing a difference.

My Frenchie was having digestive issues and I decided to give it a try. Wow was I shocked when the results came back and the results clarified that she has sensitivity to chickpeas, of all things. And in fact there were chickpeas in her dog food recipe! Never told them ahead of time so they never would have known about that! Incredible and amazing 🤩 So grateful for The Pet Health Store 🙏🐶🫶
