Non scientific methods
This is a little on me because I assumed they were doing a genetic analysis. They mention alternative medicine on their site, but I assumed that was for treatment of dietary problems. I was unable to find any description of how they analyze your pet's fur on the website and only discovered they use "bioresonance therapy" after receiving the results. What's bioresonance therapy? It's a fringe method that has little to no scientific support. It would be better if they were upfront about the methods they used. I imagine this is by design as many people, myself included, would not pay for something that is useless. I am glad I checked the box to get out of the 24/7 vet subscription.

Hi! We are sorry to hear you are feeling this way. The test you purchased is a bioresonance sensitivity test, which identifies potential energetic sensitivities rather than providing a medical allergy diagnosis. It’s normal for sensitivities to change over time, especially over the period between your tests. Sensitivities are not always permanent - they can fluctuate depending on diet, environment, stress, and other factors affecting the body.
